I have lived here for over 3 years and it is truly an amazing place to live. Leia the manager is extremely helpful and personable. She puts on fun free events for the residents like taco night, paint night, donuts in the morning, and other holiday activities like door/balcony decorating for Christmas or Halloween parties. I have had very few maintenance issues and when I did they were fixed in a few hours. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming....

I have been here for 3 years and I have lived in various places in Bakersfield prior to here. The management has always been extremely helpful and courteous. This area is quiet and peaceful-have never had any noise issues with neighbors. Any maintenance requests have been handled quickly.
