COVID-19 Community Precautions

The care and concern for our Villa Mondavi family employees, residents, clients and partners is our highest priority. As we continue to closely monitor CDC, WHO and State Guidelines for best practices to prevent the spread of coronavirus we are committed to the following operational changes and will continue until further notice.

**EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 16, 2022 face coverings are no longer required for fully vaccinated individuals (as defined by the CDC here) in most indoor public settings including those at our facility. They are, however recommended even if fully vaccinated should the risks be high. More information on face covering guidelines can be found here.  

MANAGEMENT TEAM
Management is following guidance from the CDC on cleaning and disinfecting and has implemented temporary policies for resident events, hospitality and social distancing in an effort to prevent additional risk.

AMENITY AND COMMON SPACES
Amenity and Common spaces are cleaned and disinfected frequently, including the pool. To reduce risks, swimmers are asked to shower before and after swimming. To ensure proper social distancing and as a courtesy to other residents, all swimmers must maintain 6 of distance while swimming. Hands should be disinfected after touching door handles at the clubhouse, hands should be washed thoroughly with soap and water once home. We are closely monitoring guidance from the CDC and local authorities.

LEASING OFFICE
Leasing office hours are by appointment only. Residents, guests and visitors will be screened upon arrival, asked to practice six feet social distancing, use hand sanitizer, and to wear a face covering (if required). Residents are encouraged to continue to use the resident portal for lease renewals, rent payments, work order requests and email inquiries.

LEASING VIRTUAL AND SELF TOURS
All leasing and application processes will take place virtually through the use of our online tools and platforms. For those interested in leasing at our community and would like to take a physical tour please contact us through our contact us page on our website.

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
All maintenance requests will be prioritized based on the level of urgency with the understanding that there is a limit to the number of service requests the maintenance staff can safely handle daily. When meeting with maintenance staff or a service provider, Residents will be asked to maintain the proper 6 feet of social distancing at all times. If this means exiting the apartment temporarily, Resident's should take these measures. Proper hand-washing and disinfecting touched surfaces once the encounter is complete must be practiced per the CDC recommendations. 

Customer service remains a core focus. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we implement protocols to continue providing service while also maintaining your well-being and that of our employees. While we recognize that these measures may pose a temporary inconvenience, we believe it's the right thing to do in order to preserve the welfare of our community.
